How do I remove an envelope icon from yahoomail on my tablet

On most Android tablets, you simply press and hold the icon until the screen changes modes (to arrange). Then you should see an option to delete/remove at the top of the screen. Just drag the icon to the top of the screen and it should leave the home screen.

Check that it works on a windows PC.
I suspect t was removed before it was properly closed down.

Windows will give you the option of scanning and repairing the SD card.

Use "show hidden icons" icon in taskbar on the right hand side of the PC to show how to release an USB item properly.

You can log onto your email by going to the web page of your email provider and logging on from there. For example, if you have a gmail account, log onto Google, hit the Gmail icon on the top right corner of the screen, and your account will appear.

It could be that your touchscreen (digitizer) is PARTLY broken.
To confirm, try rotating your tablet 180 degrees, and then touch the home button again.
If it works when rotated then you need a new touchscreen.
I hope you are good with precision tools, and have good mechanical skills and instincts: it's a rather intricate job to locate the locking tabs and screws that attach the touchscreen to the insides of the tablet, then remove them, and finally to replace a touchscreen. And then reattach all necessary fasteners, and test whether it will work properly.
EASIER FIX: go to Ebay and buy a used Trio tablet. it may cost you only $40 to $50 maybe even less!

After they send me an email with issue # & shipping label, that I cut off to use, I put the tablet, wrapped with the rest of the email, in a well padded envelope. Mailed it to Southern Telecom, Inc.

If that doesn't work, close Safari and reboot your iPad.
Double tap tap the home button and then swipe up on the Safari preview screen that you see right above the Safari icon. Swiping up on that screen will close the app.

Depending on your email client some folders are set as system folders, i.e. are required for the proper operation of the system, these cannot be deleted.

To sync e-mails to your iPad, you must put the e-mail account details directly into the mail app. This is because Outlook is merely an application to download and read e-mails.
To add an e-mail account to your iPad:

1. Tap the Mail icon at the bottom of the home screen on iPad.

Step 2. Then tap to add type of email account that you want at add among: Microsoft Exchange, Mobile me, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, AOL or others. For example, if you want to add a Yahoo mail, just tap the Yahoo mail as follows:

Step 3. Then enter login details for selected email account type.

It will configure automatically and you should able to send - receive emails.
