My e mail account will not let me read e mails it says account not supported

If you have a spam blocker installed, like Spam Monitor etc you need to make sure it is running when you try to get your mail. If you don't have one installed then you need to check your settings in your email client and make sure you are pointing to the right email servers. From the looks for the Error Number this is indeed an email servers name problem. Just make sure you enter them correctly. They will look something like mail.something.com

Try uninstalling Firefox and download a new package and reinstall Firefox again.
Also,,will your print preview settings work in IE ?
If they dont work in either browser then it may be your printer driver.

It appears that you are accessing your charter account thru a different Internet Service Provider. Generally, most ISPs will allow downloads of email from 3rd party ISPs but will not permit uploads (sending email) as this is how many spammers origially sent emails without being traced and would overload email servers.

You best option is to send you email from florida using the charter webmail application at www.charter.net (Click the Email button and sing in to your account) From webmail (Which accesses Charter's Email server) you can send and receive from anywhere.
