Here's the download portal for HCL. http://www.hclsupportservice.in/drvr-dwnld.jsp?pF=Tm90ZWJvb2s=&pC=TGVhcHRvcA== Select your product model and click Go. You will be presented with a list of drivers. Select the audio driver.
I think this might be the one you want: http://www.hclsupportservice.in/Drivers/Family/Notebook/Category/Leaptop/EzeebeeAbacus/Audio_V8235.rar
I do not own this device, so I have not tested it.
Good luck, I hope that works.
Open control panel go to sound and audio devices, select voice tab and click on the test hardware button. It will check your microphone and speakers. If there is any issue with your microphone you will not see the bar moving.
make sure that the sound card is enabled on your BIOS. if it is, then make sure the drivers are properly installed for the sound card. you can get them online or from the motherboard or oem cd that came with the computer. if it still does not work, then the card might be broken.
