Check the lug nuts..
Could be a bad front end bushing or could be a bad ball joint.
Check for re-calls too..
Jack up the front end (be safe) leaving the pssngr tire hanging free.. Move tire left to right.. You should find out what is going on..

Jack up that wheel and look at it, shake it etc. Many times a noise like that can come from the strut top bearing as well.. Bounce the car and put your hand on it...If you feel slight bang there it will be louder with the weight of the car jouncing it on bumps.

Have a mechanic jack up the front of the car and check the suspension for loosness if none is detected, it could be a faulty upper strut mount

Why is my front driver side tire wobble when i hit a bump

First, have the tire inspected before you do any expressway driving. you could have a damaged tire with a tread or internal ply separation. second, inspect the front shock absorbers, it sounds like the left front shock has failed and lost its hydraulic fluid. third have the front steering linkage and front suspension checked for worn or loose tie rods, idler arm, ball joints and stabilizer bar links. do this ASAP as you don't want to have the tire fail or any parts break while you are driving!
