Question about Rio Carbon MP3 Player
I feel certain their must be a way to delete the files from my Rio. I can view the files it currently holds, and I can copy files to the Rio, but I'm not having success trying to delete some or all of the Rio's content. I am no longer under warranty. I don't believe the player is damaged in any way. Any ideas??...............thanks, Vicky
Are you plugging it in to the computer via usb? you can click the option to open the folder to view files, and you can delete from there.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
