F8 - Drain motor not functioning.
Load sensing circuit indicates that the drain motor is not operational. This could be caused by a faulty control, drain motor, or wiring.
1. Check connection:
Drain motor < - > harness < - > control board
2. Check harness continuity.
3. Check if drain motor is supplied (from board) or Check with different control board.
4. Replace drain motor

just choose another prog setting and hold the start button in for a few seconds.

e2 is overfill or flooded base.
take the bottom front panel off and see if there is water in it and if so, mop it out. if it reoccurs, then you have a leak.
you will see a float device in the front approx middle and this is what actuates e2. if fault is intermittant, try putting a small weight on this - a washer for example.
if e2 is being caused by overfill and not a flooded base, then the water intake moulding needs replacing

f8 shows the filter is blocked ... ... check if filter is behind the panel under the door ...

Error Code E2 means the pump is blocked. The remedy is to take the filter out which is underneath the bottom dish basket and ensure its is clean and free from debris. Then use a small container to empty the water sitting in the bottom of the machine/filter housing and ensure that no waste is stuck in the bottom. That should clear it

emmanuelr is spot on with this advice. The dishwasherr had been idle for a few months so as advised disconnected and reconnected the connection to the water flow meter and job done. My friend you are a scholar and a gentleman thank you so much. You are not an apprentice to me.
