Missing preset positions o SNC-RZ30P IP Camera

we are using a SNC-RZ30P IP Camera and we are having some problems because the camera is missing the preset positions without any apparent reason. Maybe you have an explanation for this behaviour. Thanks in advance for your information.

in the rear camera have the reset, turn off the camera and turn on the camera and holding the reset button.
