How can I athorize my YouTube account on my xbox 360

To Sign in to your Xbox YouTube account and Access your YouTube subscriptions on your Xbox 360 and Signing in to YouTube on Xbox LIVE.

Before you start you need...

1. Access to a computer and your Xbox 360 console.
2. A YouTube account. If you don't have one, go to YouTube and click Create Account.

Sign in to your YouTube account:

1. If you haven't installed YouTube, install the YouTube app.
2. On your console, go to Video, My Video Apps, and then select
YouTube.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Select YouTube Sign In.
5. Write down the code that appears on screen.
6. Now go to YouTube.com/activate on your computer.
7. Sign in to your YouTube account (if needed).
8. Enter the code that you wrote down and click Continue.
9. Click Allow Access to allow the YouTube app to connect to
your You Tube account.
10. Now go back to your console.
11. Your YouTube account is now connected to your Xbox LIVE
account.
12. Now when you use the YouTube app, go to My YouTube to
see your YouTube subscriptions and playlists.

Your first step is to load the Youtube app that can be found on the Xbox 360 homescreen. After doing this, you have two options.

• Use the ready made account
• Use a Youtube account you already have
  

To use a previous Youtube account, log out of the ready made account that was just created and click "Sign In".

Now grab your computer. Go to http://www.youtube.com/activate (make sure you have http:// included!) and enter the code that is being displayed on your screen.

When linking your YouTube account to your Xbox 360, you should make sure that you are signed into your main YouTube account. When visiting the Activation page on your browser, the site will pull in the current signed-in YouTube account.

If you are not signed into a YouTube account, the site will prompt you for your email address and password associated with your YouTube account.

If you feel that the incorrect YouTube account is linked to the Xbox 360, please follow these steps:

1. Sign out of the YouTube app for Xbox 360.
2. In your computer's browser, sign out of YouTube and log back in with the email address associated with the account you want linked to the Xbox 360.
3. Complete the sign-in process on the YouTube app for Xbox 360.

1) Go right to the left when you already have youtube opened on your xbox & it will say activate your account or something along the lines of that. Select that.
2) You will be told a code, Go to the site it tells you on your computer or laptop and it will ask you to login to your google account that is linked to your youtube account. When you have logged in to your google account linked to your youtube follow the next step.
3) It will next ask you for your code you was prompted with on your console. Just enter that code and hit continue. Your youtube account will now be linked to your xbox account and you will have full access to everything on the xbox version!
