I have a '95 ford F150, a few days ago I was driving my truck and the engine died suddenly. How can I fix it?
SOURCE: trying to star truck(F-150), wont turn over, but
first you will want to check the battery. Typically radio and headlights will still come on if batter is bad. Try jump starting it, if it starts you can remove the battery cable and if the truck dies youralternator is bad. Check connections at starter also and make sure they are good.
If the above doesnt work then you may want to pull off the starter and ahve it tested. Another possibility is a bad ignition switch since it doesnt crank at all.

It sounds like the choke pull-off is not working, this is a vacuum operated servo usually on the right rear side of the carburator. If you hold the gas pedal to the floor, this open the choke and allow you to get it started again, be careful not to rev it too high. If you can't keep it going you may have to wire the choke open somehow. But, you're going to have to replace the pull-off, it could also be the choke thermostat. You may want have it checked by a mechanic. Good luck!

turn key and listen to fuel pump if will hum meaning its pressuring the line --if sounds erratic possible going bad may need replacement --check fuel pressure valve by fire wall if weak or sputter either fuel filter or pump---also need to check egr valve if it carboned up or has failed may need cleaning or replacement
