First do you have to wiggle the connection to get them to work? Cables new? Inputs on back of tv tight don't feel like they are falling off? Also the cable where it goes into the system needs to be tight and shouldn't have to twist or bend it in a way to get it to work if so will need new cables. Make sure red to red wht to wht Ylw to ylw
Sounds like someone or something blew out the final (amplifier). If they aren't getting any signal on their meter, when your are further away, then this is what would be going on. A service tech or repair shop would need to replace the bad part(s) and recalibrate the radio for the new amp.
Only other problem would be if you either have no antenna connected, or one that is non-functional.
I took mine to an authorised repair center,but was of no help. The error generally shows due to IC problem OR the head has some issue. Do not try any DIY.
