How do I get back into Amazon Prime to watch movies? I tried by password too many times and then reset it several times. Nothing worked.

Buying used Amazon fire tablet, how can i check serial number

call amazon help, or chat. the device is registered to owner. If you want to watch several shows you have to have prime look on internet under amazon fire look only at amazons pages, not what someone heard that somebody said posts.

My Fire TV box is stuck on the amazon logo. I've tried unplugging it and leaving it for a few hrs. I've tried holding the back and right button to reset it. Nothing has worked.

Have you tried holding the power button for several seconds 20-25?
If that doesn't work I recommend kindle support. Free and relatively fast.

I did not mean to subsribe to the amazon prime please cancel this subscription and return my money to my checking account

Just contact amazon. They will refund you 100% IF you DID NOT USE IT. meaning if you bought and item and used 2 day shipping or watched a instant movie with it, they cannot refund it. but if you did nothing they can tell. so just call or just chat with them. They will solve your problem
