Question about iLO MP3 Player
I received an ilo mp3 from a friend. When you turn it on it says to delete 4m from library...hold for shut down. When I put it on my comp it doesn't even recognize it and I have done everything to the comp as far as hardware issues. How do I go about getting the software that should have come with this? That may help the computer notice the device. Thank you for your help
I had this problem too this player is pesky if you are going to reformat it and it will not allow you to realize when u plug the siren in (I about threw mine in the trash) click on the removable disk E not the F one that also comes up and when you go to reformat if it will not let you change the 32FAT to just the FAT and try that I did and nw I can reformat and put songs on an mp3 player that was landfill bound

Look next to the volume controls. There is a button with a picture of a lock and a unlocked lock. If you slide the button to the right, the mp3 player locks itself and if you press any buttons, the screen says "LOCKED". Maybe you slid the lock button to right while it was off. So, just slide the lock button to the left and the mp3 player should turn on. Idk about where you should get the software, sorry.
