Depends on politics of each website and the "board" software.. Some let you edit or delete without restrictons, some give you a limited time and a limited number ot editions and on some you simply can't edit/delete anything.
All I can say, check your "user" menu. If any doubt or problem, there should be some way to contact webstie administrator or moderator. Though some don't have any way because really they are not iterested in your opinions and activity.

Set your phone to sinchronize your contacts with your PC (if not already set), and sync them. Then, start Outook on your PC, go to the Contacts tab, select the contacts you want to see excluded from your phone's internal memory, and delete them (either go to 'Edit > Delete', or 'Ctrl-D', or simply 'Del'). Now, re-synchronize your phone with your PC. I suppose ActiveSync on your phone will automatically delete the contacts you have excluded from Outlook on your PC.
Hope it works for you.
Cheers!
Carlos
To delete Google contact usernames simply go to the text field that displays them (under Edit Profile) and blank them out. Google will delete these IDs from their system.
