Nero 7 I am unable to use nero7. no direct draw. Direct x tells me that I have only the genetic driver install video driver provided by the hardware manufacturer.Help would be greatly appreciated ,I do not know which driver I need .Thanking you Joanne Whiting

For uninstalling Nero7 completely you may download and use the "Nero 7 CleanTool". This utility delete all Nero 7 files and entries from your system. Please download it from here: http://www.nero.com/enu/support-nero7-tools-utilities.html

Click on Start - Control Panel, then Add Remove Programs and click on Ahead Nero 7 - click remove This should remove Nero 7 provided the program was installed properly.
Nero Vision is not available in the Essentials version. You need to upgrade to the Ultra Edition to get it (actually, you would now need to upgrade to Nero 9 Ultra). If you are running Vista Home Premium or Ultimate, you could also use Windows DVD Maker to create your DVD.
go to this link and download the nero 7 clean tool - http://www.nero.com/nero7/enu/Clean_Tools.html - then try reinstalling nero 7 essentials version - make sure you use the nero 7 essentials serial number. hope this solves your problem.
