I just got an Lg optimus dynamic 11 a few days ago and now the screen has been frozen for hours I cant unlock it or anything but my buttons work, how do i fix it

Yes you can call 911 with this phone (andriod optimus dynamic 2 LG36C smartphone. You can either go to the unlock screen and click emergency call or you could go to the dialing screen and dial 911. I Hope this was help to you!!

try a reboot or restore both options are in the following menu. turn off phone. press and hold the volume up button and the home button ( on the front ) now with a spare finger turn the power on ( keep holding the 2 buttons ) you should see the green android then a menu. if you dont see it then turn off and try again. only leave go of the buttons when you see the little green android man

Suggest send phone along with proof of your ID to LG Optimus and have them recover your codes.

open the device and clean lcd connector and board with alcohol, wait 1 hours and then try, this will solve your problem, if problem persist that mean your lcd is damaged you need to change.

if random work. go to touch calibration -click right position done.ok.
if fully not work change PDA.

Same thing happened to one of my phones after i dropped it several times. I ended up having to just get a new phone because pulling the battery out stopped working it would just stay frozen and would turn itself off and on over and over again until the battery died

See the instructions below how to factory reset your LG Optimus

Click the icon to open the phone dialer
Enter 2945#*540# and press send
Enter the provided unlock code (which you have purchased)
