Mx700 will not scan even if the printer works well

mx700 will not scan even if the printer works well. I am using windows vista home premuim. it worked some some months and the about early this year the scanner stopped working. i tried using my other laptop with windows xp and it works fine.

You will need to download and install the vista driver for this to work on your vista computer. XP & Vista drivers are not the same and that is the reason it will work on the XP computer but not on the Vista computer. Driver should be available from the hardware manufacturers website. Hope this helps.
