Forgot password Samsung Galaxy tab 2 7.0

We tried many many times Ican't get to unlock please help me

All personal data will be lost!
Turn off hold these 3 keys in this order volume up then home button and last power button. Wait until samsung logo appears and let go power button. When you got a menu with volume keys select wipe user data confirm selection with power botton. Last step it will ask to cofirm again select "Yes" and confirm with pwer button again. Hope this help you!

I have forgot my password for my samsung galaxy tab 3
1 problem is I cannot verify that you really are the owner of this tab. But you should be able to do a hard reset by a turning off the tab, holding the power, volume up and home button all at the same time until it resets.
