My scout account won't let me log in but when I try to create a new account with the same email it says email already exists. then when I try to reset my password I never receive the email.

Instead of choosing "create an account", choose to log-in to the existing account instead.

Log out of your existing account and create a new one with a different user name.

GO ON SETTING AND FIND USERS AND CLICK THAT AND MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT

Click on log in, not create new account. . Use your existing username and password. It should let you in. This is how you can use facebook on any computer anywhere.

Instead of creating a new account using the same name, use your already existing account to log in to your new phone.
