Check the roll out switch it is located right in front of the burner assembly it will have two wires on it some times they are resat-able if you have to reset it do so and then put on the heat to see if flames are coming back out to trip the roll out sensor. make sure the heat exchange and burners are clean.

Hello, you can check the resistance of the motor by turning power off to the furnace and disconneting tje two wires which go to the motor. Take a meter and check the resistance, you should have resistance, if not the motor is bad. A rollout switch is a normally closed switch so you will chevk its resistance aswell, if the switch is open that signals a problem with the burner flames and you not read resistance. If the switch is closed and good you will read resistance.

Open rollout or open fuse on Goodman

the fuse is located in the circuit board in the blower compartment and the roll-out is located in the burner section and can be a reset-able switch style or the one time fuse link style which is a a small silver cylinder and is mounted in a ceramic piece and is held in with one screw. Both of these are mounted around the opening of the your burner assembly near the opening. This will be near the area of the gas valve.

Goodman GDS80703AXBC Flashing 6 times. Replaced Limit, Flame Roll Out, Flame sensor, Ckecked Flue. Furnace used to ignite then shut down flashing 6 times. Used central air over summer just fine. Now...

Per Goodman installation manual:
Misaligned burners, blocked flue, induced draft motor failure. I'd check the inducer first. Up top you'll see a small motor. Near it youll see a small ruber like hose. That hose goes to a round safety called an air proving switch. The end of the hose that connects to the metal, remove it and make sure the metal hole is not stopped up. Make sure the hose is clear and not kinked. Make sure the induced draft motor is working, should be the first action in a series of operation during heat. The air proving switch should close during normal operation, has 2 wires that are connected. Check all wires for loose connections, while the furnace is unplugged and no power present. Make sure everything is put back where it belongs and try it again. Most of these issues are IDM related but I have seen the rollouts open due to burners firing towards the wall of the unit, instead of into the opening of the heat exchanger. Work safe and I hope this helps!

If you didn't reset the rollout switch, the air will not work. The rollout switches are in the furnace burner secton. Look at the burners, the rollout switch(es) are just above the burner. They will have a button on top to push for reset. These rollout switches will generally have two wires going to them.

Sorry to read about your problem, I hope this helps you out.

Circulator blower runs continuously. No furnace operation. Integrated control module diagnostic LED is flashing SIX (6) flashes.
6 FLASHES
1 Rollout limit circuit is open.
2 Flame rollout. i? Misaligned burners, blocked
flue and/or air inlet pipe, or failed induced draft blower.
3 Loose or improperly connected wiring.
4 Check burners for proper alignment.
5 Check flue and air inlet piping for blockage, proper length, elbows, and termination. Correct as necessary.
6 Check induced draft blower for proper performance. Replace, if necessary.
7 Tighten or correct wiring connection.

Turn power OFF prior to repair.
i? See i?Vent/Flue Pipei? section for piping details.
i? Ensure the correct pressure switch replacement is used.

THIS IS A GAS PRODUCT, INCORRECT REPAIR CAN CAUSE A EXPLOSION, AND DEATH CAN OCCUR. IF YOU DO HAVE THE PROPER TOOLS SUCH AS MANOMETER AND LEAK DETECTORS, I SUGGEST YOU CONTACT A SERVICE COMPANY

Hello Try looking for a tiny TAN colored (button) near the front of the burner rack.It will have a wire in & out of it.In the middle there is a small tab/button.Push that in you will hear a click. That is the rollout switch.Check the vent/exaust pipe for blockage/draft to determine the cause of the switch tripping. The switch is a SAFTEY and repeated trips means there is a problem.
