Hold the centre and menu button at the same time for 6 seconds. If that doesnt work follow that same procedure but at this time hoggle the hold button. Doing so, will reset your ipod therefore making it work.... atleast it should.

When i try to play songs it wont work, it would play one for a minute and then stop. my games are gone as well.
