I have tablet irulu s/no 1721wcb2411031e in the screen say unfortunately children world has stopped .what I need do for fixes this problem.can you help me please

I have a brand new irulu babypad y1- pro and it keeps saying unfortunately children's world has stopped working and it won't let you do anything on it at all.

mine did the same thing and i ended up having to do a hard reset ... to do that you will have to hold down the power button and the volume up button then when it looks like a deadish android push the volume up button and it will give you a list.. chose factory reset and then choose restart.. it will put you right back like you just got it... hope that helps
