I don't find a solution to this problem on the web. Others seem to have encountered it as well. I found this contact information on their website:

mine did the same thing and i ended up having to do a hard reset ... to do that you will have to hold down the power button and the volume up button then when it looks like a deadish android push the volume up button and it will give you a list.. chose factory reset and then choose restart.. it will put you right back like you just got it... hope that helps
