Check the filter is not blocked.
This is located at the bottom front right of washer behind a drop down flap or cover.
Unscrew anti-clockwise to remove and clean.

Locate the filter at the botton front right of washer, behind a drop down cover.
Unscrew anti- clockwise to remove and clean.
If still no go, then you need to check the brushes in the motor.
