It depends, how old is your computer? what type of battery do you have? does an error code pop up? I would try a can of hairspray to clean out any dust, replace with a new battery (If this is a laptop) or start it up in safe mode.

Need more info, Give as much detail as you can. What happens when you push the on/off button? Fan spin? LED's Blink? Any thing on the screen? Sound? Does the computer try to start and a second later shut down? Check the power cord, check the AC outlet? Is it on a UPS? Try AC outlet? Can you get to BIOS or Boot Menu? ETC.

Try this

if it fails to start
unplug plug the power cord and remove the battery and hold the power button for 45 seconds and

If it starts

Allow it to load completely and then shut it down and install one memory stick and restart, if all is well after if loads completely, shut down again and install the other memory stick and restart, if all is well again wait until it loads completely and then plug in and allow to load each of the usb devices you may have

Tv screen goes off and on

It seems that your unit has some sort of Video side, PSU fault, or a problem to the Video section that is shutting down the Power Supply Unit, PSU. This happens so that no further damage, and possible fire will occur.
You need to take the unit to a reputable service centre/man and ask for a firm "Quote" for the work to be done.

Compressor runs 45 seconds off for 2 minutes cycles like this no voltage change

In order to accurately determine and diagnose the problem, a more detailed description of the problem needs to be communicated as opposed to normal operation of the system so a repair person can determine that there is in fact a problem. There's a big difference between solving a problem via text as opposed to seeing what is wrong in the field. They rarely are the same.

Goodman condenser sequence of operation on a matched system. Call for cool, condenser starts, 15-30 seconds later blower motor starts, cool satisfied, condenser shuts down, 15-45 seconds later blower motor shuts down. House heats ups and a call for cool via the thermostat starts another cycle.

Based on normal operation it is impossible to determine whats wrong with the information given. There are perhaps 5 voltage measurements in the system that you could be referring to.

Shut down with ''ckdsk scan to run on next reboot''. Now it runs the black screen and the windows screen pops up and shuts down right away. It goes back to the black start up screnn and repeats forever.

Your HD's probably bought it, but you can always try to read from it later after you reinstall to a new hard drive or drive array (striped SATA is fast!)
