This is not going to be an easy fix, and the problem is not with ourDVRs. The consensus is that the problem is with how the TVGOS information is being transmitted (or nottransmitted). The solution is going to require more than just aconverter box since people who have them are also having the sameproblem.
You'll probably get tired of dealing with useless customer service people, if you haven't already. If you want to try contacting some higher-ups in Rovi (Magnavision), the company that owns the TVGOS and TVguide.com, here is some contact information

**The email address for the legal department was listed on the web siteas "legal@rovicorp.net" but the email got bounced back. I tried"legal@rovicorp.com" and the email went through. I don't know ifanyone got it, but at least it seems to be a real email address). (Wonder if it's really a "mistake" that they have the wrong emailaddress for contacting the legal department?)
I sent an email to ALL of the addresses below and will send it again if I don't hear anything in the next couple of days.
