Remington F4790 replacement parts is remington SP290 replacement screen outer foil and blades.

This problem is because the shaver has not been thoroughly cleaned. There is a build-up of hair particles where the screen snaps onto the shaver which is preventing it from latching into place. Clean it thoroughly and it should be fine

What is brand and model #? Remington R650? If it is, it should work with charger plug on without using battery. If it does not work, the battery may be shorted. To take out the battery please refer my procedure I posted in another battery exchanbe trace. It holds by 4 hinden screws under the red plastic cover. I did disassemble the whole unit from top down just investigate everything. To remove trimer may not be necessary though.
