If you are at work, may just be blocked, if you are at home then i'd recommend you install a spyware remover or malware remover. there are some free ones like http://malwarebytes.org/ and http://www.softpedia.com/get/Antivirus/RogueRemover.shtml
Download this:
http://www.superantispyware.com/
and then run microsoft malware removal:
http://www.microsoft.com/security/malwareremove/default.aspx
download and run this:
http://www.ccleaner.com/
Then get you a good antivirus / windows protection software.
You will probably have to uninstall and reinstall internet explorer or whatever browser you are using. I would download / have installer ready before you remove you internet browser.
Hope this helps.

If you were to log on to the
manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as
usually one is able to download, by model number, Customer
Instruction Manuals, list
of Dealers for spare part supplies as required.
Just Google the manufacturer's name and
follow the links. Make certain you are directed to the manufacturer's
web site as some search engines direct you to other sites and they
charge for the information that is normally free of charge.
I hope this helps.
