What is Error Code U14?

U11
The washing machine cannot drain

• Check that filter is not blocked or obstructed
• Check drain hose is clear of any blockage or obstruction
• Check wiring to drain pump
• Check drain pump is not defective
• Check level sensor or switch
• Check wiring to level sensor

it is due to the magnet attached at the tip of the lid. the magnet acts as a sensor that give info whether the lid is closed or open. i got the same problem too but luckily the i found the magnet nearby the washing machine.

u11 is not a valid error code - please recheck.

The code F03 means the wash thermistor is open circuit.

Unfortunately, you will have to call an engineer.
