Question about Quinny Buzz Jogger
The button that allows you to adjust the handlebar height only operates one side. On further inspection i found that one of the internal cables is broken. Can anyone give me any tips on repairing this?
I have the same problem too! To remove the handlebar set it to its longest position, then shorten it by 1-2cm. You will find that the plastic locking pin that you described is just a pair of lugs. With the handle bar in the above position you can then push both lugs in similtaneously while at the same time levering the plastic part out of the tube. when both sides are released the complete handlebar can be removed. From there it's fairly straightforward to strip down.
My problem now is that I can't find anywhere to get the parts from.
Any joy yet?

Good job and thanks for adding to the thread.
Unfortunately, those lovely people who are responsible for sales and service in the UK for Quiny are, well, useless and would not help.
Rather than try and keep a Quinny owner and help us out, they ditched us, so we had to ditch the chair and purchased a new one from a competitor.
We run our school PTA and so product recommendations and experiences are frequently discussed, for Quinny service, we have nothing positive to say,
Good luck with sourcing spares, have you tried your local approved retailer?

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
