Question about Lucent PARTNER18 Corded Phone
My voicemail use to belong to someone else, when they left the company they did not give anyone their voicemail password. Now I can't get in to the voicemail system to change the password and use the voicemail feature.
Your telephone can be used on different Avaya phone systems and you can have different voice mail systems. They all program differently.
Someone should have administrative rights to the voice mail. They can delete voice mail boxes and create new ones or maybe just change the password. If you do not have a phone system administrator, you would need to determine what voice mail system and what phone system you have. All the manuals are available at www.avaya.com
Most likely you have a Partner ACS system but there are different versions. You could also use these phones on a Magix system and other Partner systems.
