Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire dual fuel range is not igniting on either broil or bake. There is not a pilot light on your range. It typically is an electronic igniter and if it fails that electrical piece would need to be replaced. In order to have that component tested and repaired I would advise seeking assistance from a professional technician. tommi, this model has a cooktop lock-out solenoid feature. Try pressing and holding the top light keypad for 5 seconds and see if the top comes back to life. If not, check your owners manual, it may be a different key. The lock-out solenoid is in the back behind the outer panel. The cooktop lockout valve has been redesigned from a AC to DC voltage because of complaints of chattering. The new part number is 8184768. Lets hope you don't need it and just have the top locked out.

I have the same problem intermittently on my Super Cap 465. After reading the following quote from another site, "There have been cases where radio waves, electronic signals and sometimes something as strange as dimmers in lights have caused some weird problems with some computer panels in stoves like these", I tried turning off lights that might be on the same circuit and wouldn't you know it, the oven igniter circuit worked.

although the bake ignitor appears to be glowing, it probably does not glow with the intensity it needs to open the safety valve assy, VERY common problem, go aheadand replace the ignitor, this will correct your issue

Hello,
Even though the ignitor glows it does not mean that it is working...sounds crazy but it is true... the ignitor needs to pull a certain amperage to let the gas valve open and as they get older they stop pulling enough current...
