there are normally 2 pipes, take clips off and loosen pipes, normally find money stuck in them. Behind machine u'll find black,screw in plug, take off and remove all dirt and muck, coins. Loosen screws and replace pump, very easy.
Make sure that A. the drain hose is above the hight of the water level. B. there is an "air gap" between the drain hose and the stand pipe as the water can "syphon"out.
your water valves, you have 2. may have a crack due to the freezing. they retain water inside. you have to take appart or lift the top of the washer to inspect the water valves. the main valve is the one you connect the fill hoses. the other is the one on the dispenser.
If water is leaking from a pipe. then replace or repair the pipe or fitting. If the leak is coming from the unit itself, then replace the unit. Hope this helps.
most likely pump is not working it is just behind where the drain pipe comes out of the machine.you can remove it to see if its not working . the impellor inside may be damaged
