ApprenticeSpeaker & mic **t working, but with the ear phone it is working properly, even ** sound and "speaker on" button on touch screen is **t working kindy suggest

i dropped my phone and after i called my buuddy frm my o2xda mini i cant hear the voice from the other line ,bt she/he can hear me ...please help me what 2 do ..i can still play mp3 from my phone and the speaker is stil working is their a software to direct the caller sound to the speaker???
