Have a blessed day. My name is dingra. There are a few things you can do to attempt to remove the virus from a cellphone.
1.Format the memory card in your cell phone. It may actually be the memory card, not the phone itself, that is infected with the undeletable virus. On most phones, you can format the memory card directly from the phone by going to the "Options," "Settings" or "Tools" portion of the main menu screen on your cell phone. Consult the manual that came with your phone to learn exactly how to format the memory card in your cell phone. You can also find these user manuals directly on the manufacturer's website.
2.Buy a new memory card for your cell phone. The undeletable virus may have damaged your memory card beyond repair. If formatting the memory card didn't fix the problem, getting a brand new memory card may fix your problem. These memory cards are relatively inexpensive and can be purchased at just about any store that sells cell phones.
3.Format your entire cell phone. If getting a brand new memory card hasn't fixed your phone, formatting your cell phone should remove the virus and every other file on the phone. Before you attempt to format your cell phone, remove your memory card. Read the manual for your specific cell phone, as the instructions for formatting cell phones vary based upon the manufacturer of the phone. fir

So take a backup of your mobile phone before formatting it. But it is Better to Flash the cell phone rather than formatting it. Take your cell phone to the mobile service center. They will format your cell phone properly.

Enter Default lock code is 12345.

you can format it by inserting your usb cord on your phone then hit format

ok just turn ur nokia phone OFF and hold "GREEN button"(call button) " * " , "3" button togther and turn ON ur phone holding ur power button too,
soon u will see FORMATING written on your phone.
if u r using new cell phone like N70 and above so FORMATING will not come but ur phone will be formating ok

• one thing more for N70 and above hold all the keys and power button untill ur phone's desktop doesnot appear
• for S60 old phone when u press all the buttons including power button too. dont leave untill a FORMATING screen appears on ur cell phone.
