try do download a file manager on google play. Or if it already have one, you can open it. Hold the item you want to move until a pop-up appears select cut or copy. after that go to the directory you want to place the file and tap on options in the lower right and tap on paste.

If your phone is unlocked, take it to an AT&T Wireless retail center and they will be very happy to help you. If your phone is locked, you will have first to ask Straighttalk customer service to unlock it and discontinue service.

1. enable bluetooth on the phone
2. activate sync on the bluetooth headset.
3. try "0000" as the code unless your manual says otherwise on the phone when it finds the device.
4. Try testing and see if your phone links correctly and you can hear audio either by calling yourself or by playing a media file if your phone is a smart phone.
