Royal 500dx cash register is printing all the characters to far left of receipt, overlapping so they are unreadable. Does not do it all the time.

Try the following steps to trouble sho0t:

• The printing quality could be impacted by a filthy or damaged print head. Clean the print head gently.
• check your settings to Ensure that the settings are appropriate for your needs.
• Make sure the paper roll is placed into the cash register properly. Ensure that it is feeding properly and is properly situated in the paper holder.

PE means Printer Error. check your papaer if it is properly inserted . If all is correct and still PE appears, switch of the machine and call a qualified technician
