Attached are the alarm instructions

Move slide switch on back left away from "lock" to either 1 or 2 (depending on what you want to set) and then use up and down buttons on top to set alarm time. Set back to Lock.
Then use buttons (1 or 2) on back right to cycle alarm through buzzer or radio (and then back to off) to get alarm to do what you want as set time.
Note that I have already returned one of these because none of the buttons on the back worked after 2 minutes. There are also problems with the nap feature on the one I am using now. So if you are doing all this, you may have a defective unit.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Sorry, the above link is bad. Here is the correct link. You will need Abobe Acrobat Reader, as it is a .pdf file. You will also have to use the magnifier feature to view the fine print.
