I believe you need to need to rename one of the files and repair it.
Please follow the step by step instructions on the folowwing link.

Help microsoft problem. I have a technical difficulty with microsoft. I mistakenly unistalled Microsoft Office 2007... I did asystem restore, when i click on microsoft word it's saying " This patch...

File name: Microsoft Clean uninstaller.exe
File size:351.23 KB

run it and select the microsoft installations that are listed and uninstall them. Once it is finished cleaning up restart your pc and reinstall office. If the reinstall does not work then you have not removed all parts using the microsoft cleaner. Open it back up and check for any left over parts of the installation

Cannot open attachments from emails.

Hi There.
If you can not open attached documents it might be because programs are missing on your computer.
As an example:
for a file xxx.PDF you need a PDF reader installed eg. Adobe Reader.
Can be found here: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/
Download Adobe Reader and install it and you can read PDF files.
If the document is a Microsoft Office document you nee the whole Microsoft Office Package - but this package is not free - must by it.

As an alternative to the Microsoft program you can use Open Office.
Can be found here: www.openoffice.org
This program is compatible to Microsoft Office and it is free to use.

Other type of files need other programs etc.

Finding 25 digit product key

The product key is the key issued by Microsoft that proves the copy you have was purchased or is legitimate. If you don't have the key, you don't have a legal copy. If you have an original disk and package from MS then the key should be on the back of the package.

My suspicion is that you have a pirated copy....why would you need a "Corporate License" copy if you aren't working for a large company? If you ARE working for a large corp, go to you IT manager and get the key from them.

Error 1721

Try the following regardless of the software as this is the common error message provided by Microsoft. Of course this won't rule out either a corrupt installer or incompatibility's
  1. Disable/Configure any anti-spyware or anti-virus software on your system during installation process. For example: Spybot Search and Destroy Program or Norton Anti-Virus
  2. Check to see if any spyware or adware is installed on your system blocking the completion of install process.
  3. Check to see if you find any unwanted entry in Add/Remove Programs or Internet Explorer - Add/On's section (Tools - Internet Options - Programs -> Manage Add On's). If you found one, remove/disable this entry.
  4. On Windows Vista, disable UAC (User Access Control) feature for your account

I am assuming you mean Microsoft Office 2003? This software package was probably preinstalled when you received the system, correct? If so did you order the software when you ordered your system, or was it part of the original package?
If it was part of the original package, then it was probably a trial version, which means you need to purchase a product key from Microsoft in order to continue using the software beyond the trial period. You should have been given notifications that the software was about to expire, either when you signed onto the computer or when you opened an Office program. You will need to attempt to open one of the programs, then click on the provided link when the message appears.

I have a Presario / Windows XP. When I bought the computerit was programed with Microsoft Words Programs.I still have Spreadsheet, letters ,envelopes and several others. When I click on Word prossesing now...

Hello,

If your windows operating system and microsoft office application program are license to microsoft you need not need to purchase that said application, because that is the bug of their program and needs only updates, else if the this not encountered before and you have all the installer of this said application program. you have to unistall the program and reinstall it again after restarting the system.

if this not work, maybe you need to scan your system for viruses: you can scan online here: http://www.precisesecurity.com/antivirus/online-scan.htm

else if all this not work, you need to reformat and reinstall again the operating system and all drivers and the application program.

PS: pls do not rate me if my solution not solve the issue and you need more further information. but if is invaluable solution rate me fixya.
