Question about Whirlpool 24 in. DU948PWPQ Built-in Dishwasher
Hi, my dishwasher had a grinding noise before and when I had someone come out to look at it there was a bunch of popsicle sticks in the pump. So now the grinding has come back and I suspect there is something in the pump. I have dismantled the filter module down just past the seal. I can't get the black thingy off to get down into the pump. How can I do that?
I just saw this question. Did you get the problem solved?
FYI: the screw you are describing is a standard righty-tighty, lefty loosy thread.
