I have had my machine 2 years - it now stops at about 41 minutes and the clothes are wet, soapy, not spun. The machine reads "door locked" but is is open. It does not start up again once it hits this point. I suspect it is the Door Button that has gone bad????

It rarely get's past 52 minute point (Regular/Cotton cycle), simply stops and even though the door locked indicator is still lit, the door can still be easily opened. It begins pumping water out in the first minute even after the repairman replaced the pressure switch. At first the repairman thought it was acting up because we were using too much detergent even though we were going by what the manual recommends. The repairman said Bosch is rewriting it's manuals recommending only a teaspon of detergent for this and other front load washing machines. We've tried the running cascade dish detergent through it trick to no avail, as well. Before all of this it was running fine with the exception that sometimes we'd have to run it on the handwash drain and spin cycles again because the clothes were still very wet at the end of the cycle. Again, repairman attributed this to too much soap. We also unscrewed the drain access cap that's 5 o'clock to the washer door and it seemed pretty clean. The repairman is quite confounded by it to the point where he said he'd be willing to find someone else to work on it. That's all I can think of. Any suggestions would be mighty appreciated.
