I have had my machine 2 years - it now stops at about 41 minutes and
the clothes are wet, soapy, not spun. The machine reads "door locked"
but is is open. It does not start up again once it hits this point.
I suspect it is the Door Button that has gone bad????

- Hi . . .SBelle again . . . was NOT the door switch. Finally got somebody to pull
a code on this machine and NOW THEY SAY its the motor and the motor
control . . . ??? This could cost around $ 500.00 when all is said and done
and now I do not know what to do . . .??? If I fix will it still continue to have
problems?? Or do I buy another machine . . . and NOT a Bosch!!!

start a cycle, once the door lock light comes on pull on the door to see if its really locked if not, you need a new door lock assembly
