I would try turning the phone off taking the battery out and then waiting a minute or so then turning it back on. See if it works if not then you would want to do a full master reset of the device. If that doesn't work then if your phone doesn't have insurance and you have an option to add then add insurance and get your phone repaired or have them send you a new one. If you have sprint. You can swap your phone to another phone and at that time you can add insurance. You don't want to let them know your phone isnt working. Just swap phones. Then call back and swap phones again then your phone will be covered and you can get a replacement.
i had this problem with my blackberry and sprint as well. just so happens that my ESN kept falling off the network. get on the phone with sprint and MAKE them do something, There's something they can do. I was on the phone with them for 2 hours.
No that would not be possible, Sprint is a CDMA carrier (they dont use simcards) where as AT&T is a GSM carrier (they use simcards). Sprint and AT&T use different cell technology and are NOT compatible with each other, you can only make a GSM phone work with AT&T such as those from T-Mobile (but it has to be unlocked).
I believe that it is a glitch with the software, call sprint sometimes they can send an update to your phone. Dont be disappointed when the camera does work, the picture has to be the worst i have ever seen.
