Question about Creative Labs Zen Nano Plus MP3 Player

1 Answer

Unable to get out of microphone mode.

I have turned off my MP3 player and taken out the battery to get back to the main menu but have not had success. How do I get out of microphone mode and back to main menu? How do I reset the MP3 player? I can not find my original instructions.

Re: Unable to get out of microphone mode.

Well, you can't reset it unless you are in the main menu... or if when you connected your Creative Zen Nano Plus you got a programme called Creative Media Lite you can reset it. That option only works if you connect you player to the USB drive. If you are new to the Creative Zen Nano Plus, you might not have figured out that if you push in the fast forward/Rewind button in (not left or right, in), you will get a menu. By the way I meant connect the player to the computer. Sometimes if you take the battery out of the MP3 and leave it for 30 seconds, it will reset itself. If all else fails, I am sincerely sorry but I hope I helped!

GPX ML648B mp3 player main menu problem

To get back to the main menu just hold the mode button on the side
for a couple seconds or so. You'll get back to the main menu where
you can use the up or down volume buttons to get to settings and folders.
To see all your folders select the top (root) folder and wait a few seconds.
You'll be able to figure it out from there.

For Windows XPTM users, you are connecting the device in MTP mode to the computer by default. You will need to set the device to MSC mode, so go to the device menu\Settings\Advanced\Protocol = > Press Play/Pause key to select MSC mode which will appear as such on the screen. Reconnect the device to the computer, and you can now see those files and delete them.
DO NOT forget to set the device back to MTP mode when finished, so go to device menu\Setting\Advanced = > Select MTP mode.
