Re: Doesn't work at all

There isn't much you can do at that point unless you can narrow down what part is failing. most likely, the mother board is shorted somewhere. there are companies that do repair them but you might be better off getting a new one.

My 3rd Generation iPod Nano died and won't charge.

You may just need to leave it plugged in for a few hours and see if it comes to life. It is usually the case.

I am sure you will be fine.. give it a try

I have a third generation ipod nano, it just quite working. No light, no music just a clicking noise

This means that you will need a new motherboard as yours has went bad. They cost around about $60 plus labor.

My ipod nano third generation is frozen

You should not plug the ipod to pc while it is playing because it is switches from the playing mode to sync and charging mode you can not play and use the ipod while it is connected with the software without ejecting it from itunes. Do a reset by pressing and holding the center and menu buttons at the same time until the screen goes back and apple logo pops up. This should reset your ipod and fix the problem.

Wash and dry ipod 3rd gen

Other people have dried out their mp3 players and got it to work sporadically, but the water damage is irreversible. Call Apple and tell them that it just won't work - don't give them the details of how it got there.

IPod went through the wash...

There is no way to get it to work anymore.

1. buy a new one
2. take it to a professional for analysis, most likely he will point you to Number 1.
