If you are referring to a network unlock code, then your code will not work with your sister's phone. Unlock code for every individual cell phone is unique. You can get the unique unlock code for a cell phone either from the respective network provider or from any trusted vendor online like SimpleUnlocking.com at affordable cost with an easy unlocking guide. The puk code comes on the certificate or in the documents thatcome with the simcard, to obtain the code call your phone serviceprovider who owns the number / simcard or who sends you the bills.
Don't try to guess the puk code, entering it wrong too many times will disable the card. There is no default code to unlock it, its simcard spesific every card has its own code.
