Wireless Keyboard-Mouse (890552559985) is not listed anywhere as an actual model number so it's hard to say what it even looks like.

Is it a "scroll wheel" in the middle of the mouse? Are you sure it's not the properties or configuration of the mouse in Windows Control Panel?

If you can take a mouse apart, rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip rubbed on sensors as well as a wheel could help.

The Dell laser mouse won't track - how do I clean the mouse - or solve this problem?

You can clean the LED bulb on the bottom of the mouse with a dry Q-tip to get the dust and stuff out of there.

If that doesn't work try a new mouse pad. Sometimes even brand new mouse pads don't work well in combination with certain brands of mice. Swap it out with a different one and see if your mouse still gives you trouble.

If that fails too, make sure the cable is firmly inserted into the back of the computer.

If all else fails, try a different mouse.

Good luck, and if this was helpful, please rate by clicking on the 4 Thumbs Up icon above.

Cant get the key bord & mouse to link?

There should be a button on the part that plugs in and flashes. Press it, then press the button on the mouse (usually on the bottom & well hidden-you might even need a pin point to set it). Once the button on the mouse has been pressed, the flashing should stop and it will light only when the mouse moves.Repeat for the keyboard, if necessary.

Want to open and clean Intellimouse w/ sticky left click button

there's 4 sliders on the bottom of the mouse. Remove the 2 feet closest to the optical sensor on the bottom. You'll find 2 phillips screws there. Remove those then pry the mouse open.

The cursor on my mouse is jumping all over the place, and I can't control it. How can I open the back of my mouse, so that I can clean the ball any thing else in the mouse. I have a Logitech M-S69.

there should be a circle ring around with arrows. Twist it so it opens. Then the ball will fall out. There are 3 places grims will build up. Get some tweezers and pull that stuff off.

You should probably get a laser mouse. I am sure amazon has them for a couple bucks.

Mouse: Must click 3 or 4 times to "pick" stuff. Highlighting "lets go"

Try compressed air to clean under the button. Alternativly try tapping the sides of the mouse gently on the desk - this could dislodge anything under the button

I don't think its a driver issue but you may as well try it. look for the mouse driver on the 3M web site

Black stuff in the bottom of the dishwasher

That black or gray stuff you're talking about is actually a combination of old food particles and soap deposits. The stuff builds up in the corners of the lower front areas of the tub and right under the inside of the door where it closes over the tub front. These areas can develop "scungy" deposits because these are areas that the dishwasher doesn't always clean and/or water remains pooled. A little routine cleaning about once a week around the bottom lip of the door and the door gasket with a damp sponge will prevent this build up. Hope this helps you.
