CZ 2020C Flashing E3, how do I fix it?

I have tried unplugging the unit and plugging back in with same results. It is a new unit just received yesterday. Worked fine for a few hours before quitting and displaying the E3.

If you place a small fan behind the heater where the controls are it should quit stopping on you. There is a small thermal sensor that is getting warm and shutting down your unit. Its a safety item.. but it also works when you need your heater the most. So place that fan and it will blow the heat into your room better also.

E3 error on LIfesmart heater

Even after replacing thermostat and motherboard offered from company, my heater would trigger e3 error code and shut off. After several (maybe 100!) different attempts to plug in and operate, here is what worked for me!
Depress the power button on the heater while plugging in to wall circuit. Continuously depress power button. It will run through a test cycle and attempt to start. Keep depressing the power button as the heater tries to start, then shuts down with e3 error. While the power button is still depressed, unplug the unit from the wall. When I plug back in the wall the E3 error is gone. Good luck

Dell Wireless Mouse - new batteries - red light flashing - mouse on screen will not move. Have re-booted several times to try and clear problem with no results. Mouse on screen frozen

There should be a wireless receiver to plug into your USB port. THis has an LED on it which will flash when it receives data from the mouse. If the LED is not flashing then it is not receiving. There may be a button on the mouse to reset or change the transmission channel. Try unplugging the USB receiver and plugging it into a different USB port.

My Panasonic SC-HT995W keeps on flashing W and the rear speakers wont work. Ive tried turning off all other wireless devices but it still persists

I had exactly the same problem. My unit worked fine until a loose power cable resulted in the receiver being turned on and off a couple of times in quick succession and then after this the a/c in light on the rear speaker was lit but the wireless link light would not come on (and the 'W' on the main unit flashed constantly). The solution for me was basically a reboot. This is what I did;
- unplug the wireless receiver
- unplug the main unit
- remove the digital transceiver unit from its slot in the back of the main unit
- plug the main unit back in and turn it on - the 'W' won't flash as the transceiver has been removed (not sure if you if it's necessary but I made sure it was producing sound to the front speakers)
- unplug the main unit again
- reinsert the digital transceiver
- plug the main unit back in, turn it on and set it to produce output/sound (the 'W' will be flashing)
- then plug the wireless receiver back in again
...presto the link is made, the 'W' stops flashing and the rear speakers work again.

Hope this elaborate reboot works as well for you as it did for me.

Flashing "protect". No buttons or remote working.

Contact Sony website - usually a malfunction in the unit requiring service, and you cannot reset it. HOWEVER, try the usual unplug, wait and plug-in again. Make sure that there's not a shorted speaker - so unplug all speakers and try using just headphones. Also, make sure you have air ventilation around the unit - nothing on top of it, as that will cause it to overhead and shutdown. Try these items and report back. Good Luck!

My tape was stuck in the unit, managed to free it up and noe I have an erro code of E3 on the LED screen, what does this mean?

First you must make sure you got all of the video tape out of the unit. Unplug your unit from power and check for any remaining tape. Any small piece of tape could jam your unit and give you error code E3. Once you know you removed all tape leave your unit unplugged for 5 minutes to see if it clears up the error code. E3 is a drum rotation error code and usually clears after plugging the unit back into the power. If this did not help then further repair will be necessary.

I hope this helped you out! Good Luck!

E3 message

Unplug it. Let it stay unplugged for a couple of minutes. Plug it back in. That should reset the phone.
