I have a Nextel i265 phone and my issue is that when I have a call, the person on the other end can not hear me but I can hear them. My mute button is not on and this issue happens when I call out, receive a call in or try 2 way.
Any suggestions?

- I don't think my microphone is damaged, because this has happened before. My friend fixed it last time and I don't know how she did it. It wasn't microphone related though.This is driving me nuts!!!!!
