When i turn on the phone the keypad lights up and the phone vibrates but nothing else happens. how can i fix this??
Replace the backlight or screen. If you look really closely in daylight you might be able to just see the screen. If you can vaguely see it, it's a backlight problem. Replace at any phone shop for £20. Takes them about 2 weeks to fix. Screen problem will take longer, and its cheaper to get a new phone! Say you didnt want to though it would take about 4 weeks because you would have to send it through a phone shop indirectly to a manufacturer. Would cost around £40!
