As long as you get a new timer that is 220/240v and is the same amperage or larger, you should be fine. Wiring would be the same.

Pool timer

You have the T103 timer rated 120-240. The clock motor part of timer is 120Volt. This is a very versatile timer, but confusing for non-electrician and electrician alike.
Solve problem by converting timer from T103 to the 240V T104 by changing clock motor from 120V WG1570 to 240V WG1573.
Buy wg1573 clock motor at WW Grainger or drillspot etc.
Resources:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-replace-Intermatic-clock-motor.html
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html#T104
This simple fix is intentionally designed by Intermatic so their timers are not only adaptable to all electrical needs, but also can be maintained to last 25 years by replacing clock motors and trippers as needed

Looking for set of trippers for paragon 4014-20 pool timer

Copy following link to identify timer:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html#4000

Paragon 4000 series uses X2772 tripper
Paragon is no longer making timers except for defrost times.
There is a new line of timers coming from China that looks identical to Paragon 4000, and uses same tripper. As a result this timer design and trippers could be around for years to come.

Replacement timer is Intermatic T104R 240Volt indoor outdoor enclosure, with replacement parts widely available

Can i change the model T101P3 timer from 110 to 220?

1) Yes. Change clock motor from WG1570 to WG1573
Wiring is same as T102 timer:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html#T102
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-replace-Intermatic-clock-motor.html

2) If new pump motor is 2-speed, then converted T101P3 cannot handle 2-speed pump.
Use T106 timer, or T1906 timer:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html#2-speed
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T1906-Intermatic-timer.html#pool

3) New T106 or T1906 timer mechanism will snap into T103P enclosure without changing boxes.
Any intermatic timer will snap into Intermatic enclosure.
Other brands of timer can adapt to Intermatic enclosure using Tork IAP adapter bracket.

Model 4001-ov trips the circuit breaker.

Assuming you have Paragon 4001 40 amp 120Volt timer
By-pass the timer so only pool pump is connected to breaker.
To do this, move wire from terminal 2 and connect to terminal 1.
If breaker no longer trips, then replace timer with Intermatic T101
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html#T101
Crossover wiring: Paragon terminal 1 goes to Intermatic terminal 1.
Paragon terminal 2 to Intermatic terminal 2.
Paragon terminal 3 to Intermatic terminal A
If breaker keeps tripping after bypassing timer, then tighten wires on circuit breaker and test again.
If breaker keeps tripping, then move wires to another same-size breaker.
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-replace-circuit-breaker.html
Breakers trip when they sense overheating.
If motor is causing problem, you might need electrician to track down source of overheating.

Timer not working on 4000 series, think its 4014 single pole single switch for pool pump. pump turns on when manually turn switch on but timer does not move. I feel the normal resistance and can move the...

1) If circuit breaker is not tripped or shorted, then timer clock motor has probably gone bad.

2) Some places still sell paragon timers, depending on model number.
But model number given is for 240Volt timer.

3) The clock motor is not available that I can find.
Paragon is no longer making the 4000 series timers or parts
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html#4000

4) Model number given does not match wiring terminals shown in manual.
4014 is DPST 240Volt timer with 4 wiring terminals labeled 1 2 3 4.
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Paragon-4000-series.pdf

5) Paragon 4000 series timer with terminals 1 2 3 is 120Volt timer.

6) Replace 120Volt timer with Intermatic T101 indoor timer or T101R outdoor timer.
Crossover wiring:
Paragon terminal 1 goes to Intermatic terminal 1
Paragon terminal 2 goes to Intermatic terminal 2
Paragon terminals 3 goes to Intermatic terminal A
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html#T101

I need a on/off trip clip for my paragon pool timer. Part X2772

It seems everybody is out of those timer clips.
Check e-bay for used clips.
Paragon is no longer making timer parts except defrost timers.
Suggest changeover to Intermatic T100 series:

Need trippers for older unknown model number amf paragon pool timer. timer is 15 - 20 years old

Paragon no longer makes timers or parts, except defrost timers.
Typically, defrost timers are not used for pools.
Open following link to possibly identify timer and tripper part number.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html

If you want a new timer for pools, Intermatic makes the T101 120Volt and T104 240Volt:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html

If you want T100 series timer with fireman's switch that turns off heater 10 minutes before turning off pump:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Intermatic-timers-and-manuals.html#pool

If you have energy-saving 2-speed pool pump, and thermostat and pool light, then buy P1353 digital timer with enclosure. Enclosure and timer sold together as P1353ME.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Intermatic-trippers-and-parts.html#P1353
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/PE100-series-with-P1353-timer.pdf
P1353 is not easy to wire or program for novice, so you can add a comment or repost question on fixya and I will catch it.
