Question about Acer Aspire 5520-5908 Notebook
Wife's dell has a similar problem... try swiching USB ports that the mouse is on (assumming it is USB)... seems to stem from a lexmark printer.. out of nowhere it deciedes to confict with her wireless mouse/keyboard combo.

Try to turn off computer. Remove the battery and power AC adapter.Press the power button for 20 seconds.
Try to download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website.
