You forget to check coolant flow to the valve and is valve closing/opening... is actuator working? very often problem is with the valve "freezing" in closed position (calcium deposits), check the valve...

if no power to the controls and you are sure thay are electric - check stage by stage where power is going. use continuity tester (12v bulb with 5m wire attached...) to determine where is break in circuit.

connect one end of the wire to negative terminal on the battery and then step by step touch fuse, switch (all positions if it is multiselector), valve terminal - if you have current flow, and valve actuator is electrical - it maybe faulty.

you did not provided exact model - and therefore only general advice was provided, if you find it useful - do nto forget to vote...

The power and heat doesn't work on the driver seat in my 2006 chevy hhr

You may have a bad switch or some electrical problem with that.
Check to see if you have a separate fuse just for the driver seat on your fuse box by looking at the diagram on the fuse box cover.
I think it there is a fuse it would control both sides.
Take it in to an auto electric place, they would be able to solve your problem quickly.

My 1994 Chevy 1500 4x4 wont go into four wheel drive.

Sounds like the problem that I had with my '94 chev sub k1500, twice!
The first time it was due to a blown fuse. Now I carry a spare 20A fuse when I go off-road.
The second time the electrically controlled/heated, fluid filled actuator mounted on the front diff failed. I now carry a spare actuator when I go off-road.
the actuator is powered when the switch on the top of the transmission is energized. I have had no problems with that switch, or the connecting wiring.

Keeps blowing ingnition module in a 1994 chevy z-71 and then has no fire to the throtle body and spark plugs

Check the pick up coil. This is the part right under the rotor. Your best bet is to buy a new distributor. because sometimes the shaft in the dist gets worn and makes the ring gear on the shaft rub against the pick up coil. you will see like a brown powdery residu under the rotor and all over the pick up coil if it is rubbing. If the pick up coil is bad you wont have spark or injector pulse.

No power tp the fuel pump, injectors not pulsing, no fuel.

Check out your oil sending unit, fuel pump and relay, check for power (might be a fuse), the ignition control module (which if you remove it, can be tested for free at AUTO-ZONE), any related wiring, pick-up coil (inside the distributor), and possibly the ignition switch. If I can be any more help just as away.
